How To Judge A Carpet Cleaning Company

By James C

Like every other industry carpet cleaning has its share of good and bad companies. The question you may be asking yourself is , how can you judge whether a company is good or bad? It can be a difficult task but this article will give you some advice on how you can judge the character of a carpet cleaning company.

The first thing you should do is check the company out with the better business bureau. This does not mean that the company has to be a member. Being a member of the BBB just means that they have paid them dues so that they can use the BBB logo in advertising. Check to see if they have had any complaints and if so check to see if the complaints have been resolved.

If they passed the BBB test you should then find out if they have any professional certifications. If they do , it means that they are more likely to take their job seriously. When they give you the name of the organizations Google the names. You'd be amazed at how many cleaners make up names of organizations. Check them out and make sure they are legit. You could even contact the organization and verify that the company or carpet cleaner is a member.

The last test is to ask for a reference or references. If a carpet cleaner is worth anything they should be able to give you the names of some references that you can check. f they don't have any names it should make you wonder.

Above all else remember to listen to your gut. If a company passes all of the tests but you still do not feel right about them, do not use them. You have to feel comfortable with the company you hire. So do your home work and find yourself a great carpet cleaner.
